Brendan Leahy Real Estate focuses it’s time on managing their sales team. With a strong support to local communities and sponsorships such as The Roleystone Theatre, Sunrise Children’s Orphanage in Cambodia, AK Strikers T-Ball Club, Neighbourhood Watch, Transitions Young Riders Dressage Club, Roleystone Gymnastics and RDA (Riding for the Disabled), we provide dedication, loyalty and encouragement to these clubs, accommodating them to push forward to the future.

After 3 years in our Kelmscott premises, we are relocating to our new building in Cannington, the South Metro Area which will pose as a central point for our clients and a larger office with room to expand with our staff members and clients. Five years ago Brendan Leahy decided on a career change and moved from his career working in the Sales Industry into Real Estate sales. Just two years down the track he started his own business in the Perth Southern Suburbs which constantly achieves Industry recognition.
 
He has built Brendan Leahy Real Estate from a small office of five to eleven staff in just three years, with a strong focus on managing his sales team and providing the best training and development possible to his staff. Brendan’s passion for growth, his team and customers is noticeable as his business expands rapidly.

Janine Leahy - Office Manager / Accounts
 
With both strong organizational and interpersonal skills, Janine ensures that all account and administration matters are handled in a friendly and effective manner. Janine is also involved in coordinating training and coaching activities for the team and ensures the office runs smoothly and effectively.

Kirsten Twining - Sales Associate
 
Kirsten has a degree in Financial Planning and also completed several property related units at Curtin University. After completing her university studies, she worked in a property investment business before becoming a licensed real estate agent.
 
Kirsten was a sales consultant for Raine and Horne Byford then REMAX Advanced Realtors, and also owned and managed her own business Affirmative Real Estate. Working within these three business structures has given Kirsten years of experience in residential and small acreage sales in the south west corridor.
 
Her work and life philosophy is based on trust, reliability and integrity. She shows genuine concern for all her clients and always aims to achieve the best results possible in a fair and honest manner. This philosophy usually results in success.
 
Kirsten is very much involved in Equestrian sports and can often be seen riding her horses around the lovely Darling Downs area where she lives on a 5 acre property.
 
Kirsten is putting her sales experience and knowledge to good use by heading the Brendan Leahy Real Estate Rural and Lifestyle Division, covering Oakford, Darling Downs, Cardup, Jarrahdale and Serpentine. She also sells residential and small acreage in Byford and Hilbert.

Sarah Leahy - Property Management Department
 
Sarah prides herself on being very focused within her work and personal life, after studying at Curtin University in Health Science whilst working part time in Administration and BLRE, she has now taken on the role in Property Management. She is now busily for her Certificate of Registration so that she can take on a lot more in the Property Management Department.
 
She is an integral part of the family owned business and is excellent at juggling her busy work/study life with her home life.

Kristel Augustine - Property Management Department
 
Kristel moves over to BLRE with one thing in mind, having a long term career goal in Property Management and getting a lot out of her career which just so happens to be her passion as well. She hopes to learn as much as she can in the blre team being that her background is in real estate, previously working in Administration for a family run real estate business, as well as working in reception for Professionals, then assisting the Property Manager in Raywhite!
 
She has recently completed her Property Manager Assessment and looks forward to a long term career here at blre.

Matt Southgate - Buyer Manager
 
Matt moved to Australia in 2005 from the UK where he was a postie for 15 years! He started his successful sales career selling HI FI and home entertainment products to many happy customers throughout WA. Matt loves to help people realise their dreams and this prompted his move to real estate. He is enthusiastic, positive and has a can do attitude which is clearly reflected in all he does.
 
Matt has fantastic communication skills, a great sense of humour and is even a member of the Roleystone Musicians Club.
